The training programme is designed to be both informative in content and flexible in delivery. 128 hours of training content will be available to participants but delivered in mix on physical sessions an online meetings, over a 14 weeks period. We will not be setting a curriculum of 14 1-day physical workshops, but mixing some theory with case studies delivered by successful entrepreneurs who have ‘been there and done that’, sharing their experiences.
Topics will include:
• Preparation of marketing materials with global outlook
• The support for market research with bottom-up and focused approach
• Defining the key metrics and follow them on a regular basis, in particular for angel investors, VCs etc
• Identifying the regional or global landscape for your niche area
• Forming the hiring strategy for global growth
• Increasing the capacity to identify potential partnership opportunities with international players or solution providers
• Enhancing the capacity for lead-generation for global growth
• In general, forming the globalisation and investor-readiness road map
• Mentoring from national and international coaches and mentors
• Support with investment readiness and fund raising
• Legal Services
• Support with IPR protection
• Opportunities for international sales
The training will be complemented by additional services for all or some of the programme participants, as follows:
Assessment of which companies should participate in the additional services will be made by the Coaches in consultation with the İzmir NIC staff. These services will be delivered over the total 32 week period of the programme.
