  • The interviewers will be the same people who did the initial evaluation and the Izmir NIC team will be observers.
  • Following the interview, the evaluators will update the scores, if necessary, and a final ranking will be created.
  • The top 32 applications will be invited to join Accelerate Izmir, and sign the Izmir NIC Project Support Agreement (İzmir NIC Projesi Destek Hizmetleri Sözleşmesi) to participate, that outlines what you can expect from the programme and what commitment we expect from you.

Coach Assignment

Assuming you are successful, the next step will be to assign a Coach to support you throughout the duration of the programme. The process can be seen in the diagram below.

  • As the first step of the coaching process we will propose a Coach to work with you. If you accept them, we will contact the Coach with details of your application.
  • If the Coach agrees that they can help you, we will organise an initial introductory call between you both
  • Once all companies have been assigned Coaches, we will organise a 1-day On-boarding Workshop. You can see an indicative agenda below.
  • During the morning session, coaches and companies will be separated and briefed on what support will be given and what is expected of both parties.
  • During the afternoon, coaches and companies will meet for a 4-hour initial coaching session, where the start of the Commercialisation Roadmap will be created.
