The application form has 11 sections organised in tabs to help you navigate easily.

Please note that screenshots may have minor differences with the actual platform since we are working on continuously improving the UI/UX and the functionality of the platform.

You can move around sections in any order, complete any question you want, save and return later.

The first tab contains the eligibility questions. In our call we have 4 eligibility conditions:

1. Your solution/innovation need to be in the area of Information Technology or Renewable Energy.
2. You are operating at the greater Izmir area.
3. You have a team of at least 2 people.
4. You have an incorporated business, or you commit to incorporating before starting the acceleration process.

You also need to confirm that:

• you will comply with all the guidelines, requirements and rules of this call for proposals (this document).
• you have read and consent with our privacy and data protection policy.

You can also check the eligibility rules in the applicant guidelines.

⚠️ In order to submit an application you need to have a company (or organisation) profile.  If you do not have one, you will need to create. You just need to provide some very basic information. See our relevant article.

You don't need to have a registered company (incorporated) in order to submit an application but you will need to commit that you will create one if you are accepted to the programme.

• Company Name: Once you have created a company or a team in your profile, you will be able to selected from the dropdown field. 
• Project Contact: We assume that the primary contact person of the proposal is you, but this can be person responsible for this particular proposal. It may be the CEO or one of the cofounders. It may also be someone who deals with programme applications or is responsible for business development or in general sales and marketing activities in the company.
• Achievements to date: Briefly tell us what you have achieved to date: sales, revenue, previous programmes attended, investment, locations etc. You will be asked for more detail later in the application.

You will find Long text boxes like these throughout the application. In all such boxes there is a limit in characters (including spaces) which you have to respect.

We’d love to have companies utilising social media effectively and for our programme. If you have not done yet, not a big problem and you will learn why during the programme. If you have accounts for your company, please let us know.
